975 IROQUOIS

 Located on a .55 acre lot in a cul de sac with endless hillside views, 975 Iroquois was taken from her former dated state to a clean Scandinavian inspired vibe. When we first visited her we knew the location was special & the home had good bones & could easily be updated. We opened up the kitchen to the dining room as well as the living room & expanded the size of the kitchen. We used dark cabinets, modern stacked subway tile & had a custom island built to add that warm rustic feel. We used stone for the massive fireplace wall which added some drama. We used French Oak hardwood floors & also had a custom railing built. The second mid level family room with tons of light & high ceilings was the perfect perch. The backyard received a new deck & new landscaping with area for fire pit. A very fun project!
