 Nestled in coveted Poets Corner in Pleasant Hill, this Cape Cod inspired home is both charming & unexpected. We also wanted to pay hommage to the Spirit of her predecessor by embracing certain special elements like the inviting front deck & the shingle exterior. From the outside 114 Mckissick appears to be an understated bungalow, once inside she offers unexpected elegance & drama with beautiful arched doorways, a great room with 12 foot ceilings, a floor to ceiling custom plaster fireplace & a luxurious kitchen. On the exterior we chose shingles painted a soft aqua sage, built 3 spacious decks with custom decorative railings, lush landscaping & repurposed her grape vine fences. Every detail was thought through with care - she was a real pleasure to bring back to life.
